Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact Spiceup Sauce within 1 working day attaching a photo where possible and relevant.


In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact Spiceup Sauce immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to us.Spiceup sauce will not be liable for any carriage costs incurred unless it has approved these in advance.


Spiceup Sauce shall not be liable for any loss which might arise after the consignment has been signed for on delivery. In any circumstance liability is limited to the invoice value of the delivery. Click here for full terms and conditions.
